Repair of Stairs and Pavers at Putnam County Golf Course

1. Take down the existing retaining wall blocks and caps to make repairs to the 3 sections of retaining wall and 1 set of steps in the attached photos as part of this request. 2. The long 40' section of double wall will be completely disassembled and then reconstructed. Approximately 4' of pavers on both sides of the retaining wall will also be reset as part of the repair work. Set the next blocks over each other. Install and compact a new gravel sub-base for the first course of the retaining wall. Install new gravel, pipe and filter fabric for drainage. Set the coping stone over the final course of block using construction adhesive. See photo 1 3. The 2 other sections of highlighted retaining walls will be disassembled and then reconstructed. See photos 's 2 and 3 4. The set of steps will be reconstructed by leveling the coping stone (tread) over a mortar base over the block stone (riser). See photo 4 5. Clean up and remove construction debris from above scope of work.
