NAICS Code: 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors Size Standard: $16.5M The Government anticipates issuing Firm Fixed Price Contract. Although not mandatory, all interested firms are encouraged to attend the site visits. See FAR 52.236-27 for scheduled date and time. Assume masks will be required. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 for the total contract value per VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. Resultant contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. This procurement is Best Value Tradeoff selection process in accordance with FAR 15.101-1. Both a technical proposal and a price proposal are required. Offerors are strongly encouraged to thoroughly read this entire request for proposal.
