1. Approximately 20 Linear Feet of 8-inch PVC Gravity Sewer and 1 polymer concrete Manhole 2. Approximately 2,570 Linear Feet of 10-inch PVC and HDPE Force Main 3. Approximately 2,460 Linear Feet of 8-inch PVC and HDPE Force Main 4. Approximately 1,600 Linear Feet of 4-inch PVC and HDPE Force Main 5. The construction of a new duplex Lift Station with polymer concrete wet well at Forest View MHP 6. The partial demolition of an existing Lift Station at Stonebrook MHP, and the construction of a new duplex Lift Station with a rehabilitated wet well 7. The abandonment and demolition of existing wastewater treatment plants at Forest View MHP and Stonebrook MHP 8. Miscellaneous piping, valves, associated piping appurtenances, connections to existing sewer systems, etc. 9. Miscellaneous site work and restoration of asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk, concrete curbing, etc. The Project is located in the Citrus County, Florida, with two main project areas: (1) Forest View Mobile Home Park at 960 South Suncoast Blvd., Homosassa, Florida 34449, west of U.S. Highway 19, along Sugar Bush Path and South Lilypond Point, and (2) Stonebrook Mobile Home Park, at 8228 West Charmaine Drive, Homosassa Springs, FL 34448, including West Longfellow Street, South Stonebrook Drive, and West Promenade Drive.
