| Description | 0.60 miles of HMA road reconstruction, curb/gutter replacement, driveway improvements, sidewalk replacement and landscaping enhancements. Approx. 3,100' of 12" sanitary sewer replacement and 3,100' of 8" watermain replacement, and new sewer and water leads to 45 homes. Road Improvements are generally described as 4150 tons HMA, 913 sy concrete driveway replacement, 26,400 sf sidewalk reconstruction, curb/gutter replacement and minor storm water improvements. Sanitary Sewer Improvements are generally described as the removal of existing 8" sewer and replacing with 3,100' of 12" SDR 26 PVC piping, 12 manholes, 45 sewer lead replacements and construction by-pass pumping.
