The project scope includes the new construction of 6 buildings on 5.98 acres on the northeast corner of the intersection. Scope details have not been released. As of October 19, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking a recommendation of rezoning and density concept plan from the City of Rogers Planning Commission. A meeting was held October 4, 2022, but the results are not yet available. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
