Description

The project involves shimming & overlay or reclaiming existing streets, including necessary grading, compacting, paving, sidewalk regrading and paving to meet all ADA requirements, and other items as described in the Specifications. All work contemplated under this contract shall conform to State of Maine Department of Transportation, STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS (revision of March 2020), except as modified by these documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive all formalities, and reject any and all Proposals, or to accept any Proposal.
