Include all site work, disposal, design and applicable fees and taxes. 1. Base Bid: Replace (19) HVAC Units at St. Matthews K8 School and (1) HVAC System at Calhoun County High School with high efficiency units. a. Location i. St. Matthews K8 and Calhoun County High School. b. Demolition i. Remove existing HVAC. c. Electrical i. Disconnect and reconnect power in the same location. d. Structural i. Proposed HVAXC weight should not exceed existing HVAC weight. ii. Provide support as needed. 2. Base Bid: Ensure that all HVAC units are hooked back up to the existing thermostat. a. Controls i.
