| Description | Remove vinyl siding on entire house. House wrap or foam fan board once siding has been removed. Reinstall siding properly and light blocks, J-channel, and split blocks as need. The existing siding is roughly 3 years old so color match as close to if not exact color will be required. Permit will be required. Remove front handrails. Replace with new wood rails or something equal to meet 2015 IRC. Add concrete self-leveling caulk along foundation that meets the sidewalk. After caulk has dried add asphalt or concrete ramp around the West and South side of building. The contractor and subcontractors are required to visit the project as part of bid preparation. |
