| Description | Scope of work to include the following: 3-7, 45' poles to be replaced; various locations in the village; 1) Contractor will provide a cost list, both per an individual pole job and overall total to include all 7 poles 2) Contractor will supply a list of materials used 3) Contractor is responsible for picking up all materials at 50 Cohoes Avenue, and delivering to job site 4) Contractor is responsible for all traffic controls and safety procedures 5) Contractor must notify GIPA if an outage is needed, to provide adequate time to customers (must give notice before disconnecting power) 6) Contractor is responsible to bring all old materials / debris to 50 Cohoes Avenue 7) GIPA is responsible for properly disposing / recycling all used materials 8) GIPA will supply all materials 9) All contractors will meet GIPA at all poles to be replaced 2 weeks prior to when bids are to be submitted 10) Contractor will meet with GIPA 2 weeks prior to start of jobs to review material lists and set times and dates for work Pole List by Pole Number and Location 1) POLE 19 Hudson Avenue 2) POLE 1 Clinton Street - Outage Must Be Done on a Saturday 3) POLE 1 Center Street - Drop Secondary Below Transformer 4) POLE 1A1 Center Street 5) POLE 18 Arch Street 6) POLE 1 Hamilton Street 7) POLE 4A4 Market Street - Rear Lot | ||
