Water Street Bar and Grill Parking Lot Resurfacing

The proposed improvement consists of aggregate base improvements, HMA resurfacing, and the addition of inlets and storm within the 1/2 acre parking lot located along Water St. in Evansville, Illinois All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond on the form contained in the proposal, bank cashiers check, bank draft, or certified check, payable to Kaskaskia Regional Port District, for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. KRPD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening. All work will be constructed in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, latest edition, and the contract documents prepared by Volkert, Inc. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to OWNER in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by OWNER as having received the Contract Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
