| Description | For the improvement of a certain section of highway in LUZERNE COUNTY, EXETER TOWNSHIP, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, STATE ROUTE 1038, SECTION D50. The project being situated as follows: From a point approximately 1.15 mile east of the intersection with SR 1031 (Mt Zion Road) at segment 0020 offset 3246 (station 62+00) to a point approximately 1.25 mile east of the intersection with SR 1031 (Mt Zion Road) at segment 0030 offset 0434 (station 67+00) along SR 1038.
