Concrete Restoration

Concrete Restoration will be completed throughout various locations in El Dorado County within a twelve (12) month period as needed by the District. Any questions about this RFB shall be submitted in writing (via e-mail) before August 25, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. to Andreea Miron, Buyer, at the following address: E-mail: amiron@eid.org Bidders must submit with their Bids either cash, a cashier's check, or certified check from a responsible bank in the United States, or corporate surety bond furnished by a surety authorized to do business in the State of California, of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of Bid (excluding alternates, if any), payable to District. All Bidders choosing to submit a surety bond must submit it on the required form, SECTION 00411 (Bond Accompanying Bid). District will reject as non-responsive any Bid submitted without the necessary Bid security District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-Bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the work

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
