Boiler Replacements at Various Sites

Mechanical Systems Deming Elementary School: replacement of two converted Kaewanee boilers with low pressure steam boilers and associated housekeeping pads, associated ducting, electrical connections and disconnects, duplex condensate receiver tank, isolation valves, piping and pipe insulation, replacement of domestic watermain service entry. Venting may need to be modified based upon new boiler requirements and include replacement of domestic 40-gallon water heater. Boilers are to be monitored and controlled via "Automated Logic" or "Johnson Controls". Bain Elementary School: replacement of two atmospheric boilers, associated piping housekeeping pads, ducting, electrical connections and disconnects, piping and pipe insulation, and isolation valves for servicing. To include any other components that are needed to maintain an efficient performing system. Assess all existing system components for viability for reuse or need.
