Description

The building is 3-stories totaling 33,469 SF. In this initial short-term project, GTRI plans to convert approximately 4,500 SF of existing building space into RS3 space. This space is essential to meeting GTRI’s existing research contracts. The long-term plan for the building will include developing the complete 33,469 SF entirely into an RS3. The short-term plan nests within the future plans for the GTRI secure space program and aligns with the strategic objectives of Georgia Tech.
