Custodial Services at Reichert House Youth Academy Campus

The custodial services contractor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the buildings at each of the three physical sites, and maintaining the custodial closets in a clean and organized fashion. Cleaning services shall be performed during hours outside of the times that programs are actively operating on the sites. The schedule for cleaning and maintaining these areas will be developed by the custodial services contractor and approved by the Reichert House Youth Program Director. The Reichert House Youth Program reserves the right to inspect these areas and can require additional cleaning and repair when determined necessary. The custodial services contractor will not be responsible for cleaning maintenance/utility closets primarily used for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and/or information technology equipment.
