RFP - Consulting Professional Services

The City of Boulder is seeking a firm to provide a housing retention team in support of the Building Home Program in Boulder, Colorado. You must save your submission to the site before the deadline, or you will be locked out and your submission will not be accepted. Proposals shall be prepared at the proposer's expense and becomes a city record and therefore a public record. The services upon which proposals are submitted shall equal or exceed the specifications outlined in the RFP. Preference is hereby given to labor, materials, supplies, or provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Colorado, quality and price being equal to articles or services offered by competitors outside the State of Colorado. The City is committed to socially responsible procurement and promoting social equity through our contracts. The lowest responsible and best proposal shall be accepted; provided, however, that the city, acting through its duly authorized representatives, shall have the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality or irregularity contained in said proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
