| Description | Contract No. 1 General Rehabilitation 19 Le Boeuf Street Base Bid - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include : Furnish & Install : Fifteen (15) new vinyl replacement windows as detailed in the scope of service - lead item, new exterior door & storm door on rear of the house ,new electric heating units with t- stats in each room in house, new 200 amp electric service and all wiring (owner has new panel box), remove existing fuel oil plumbing, fuel tank & chimney and patch roof, rim joist insulation, replace existing ADA tub/shower unit in downstairs bathroom, repair sub floor and install new vinyl flooring. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors as well as lead hazard remediation work items detailed in the Lead Risk Assessment & LBP Inspection. 19 Le Boeuf Street - Additive Bid - Furnish & Install full bathroom on 2nd floor as detailed in the scope of service, four (4) vinyl replacement or new install basement windows. |
