Project includes two Buildings: Main Building: Complete remodeling of the existing structure including all electrical, plumbing and HVAC work. The existing building is approximately 10,780 square feet with two additions of a 950 square foot Office wing and a 1,710 square feet of Animal residential space. The additions are wood frame structure over concrete foundations walls on spread footings. The roof structure is premanufactured ganged-nail wood trusses with plywood sheathing. Existing interior organization will shift with building components being relocated. Exterior materials will match the existing with a new masonry, siding, and laminated fiberglass shingles. Training Building: The building is approximately 6,900 square feet wood frame structure over concrete foundations walls on spread footings. The structure is a ‘pole barn’ with premanufactured ganged-nail wood trusses with plywood sheathing and laminated fiberglass shingles. Exterior walls to be wood stud framing with an exterior finish of brick, metal siding and composite wood siding. The building consists of a large Training space, Restrooms, Storage space and related mechanical and support spaces. All work, including mechanical, plumbing and electrical, and other work is to be included in one General Bid except as noted above.
