| Description | The purpose of this solicitation is to secure a one year contract with the option to renew for two additional one year extensions for Bulk Cold Mix Asphalt for the City of Greensboro's Water Resources Department, per the attached specifications. Although the City tries to maintain continuous access to the GePS website, service may be interrupted. Therefore, suppliers are encouraged to submit bids 24 hours before the event closes. The City of Greensboro ("City") hereby solicits and invites bids from qualified Companies and Businesses ("Bidder"), with proven products, to submit a response to the requirements outlined in this RFB and provide pricing for UPM or Approved Equal, Cold Mix Asphalt for the Water Resources Department.
