Tree and Stump Removal

The Champaign Park District is requesting sealed bids from contractors to furnish all labor, material, supplies and equipment to perform various tree and stump removals throughout the District.The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any or all irregularities and select the bid that is in the best interests of the Park District. All bidders shall comply with the provisions of the Affirmative Action Ordinance of the Champaign Park District, all Federal, State, and local statutory requirements pertaining to prevailing wages, Illinois Fair Employment Act, equal opportunity regulations, and any other State or Federal aid regulations applicable to the contract. Bidder shall provide the services set forth herein in a good and workmanlike, professional and courteous manner, and no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, religion, age, gender, disability, marital status, public assistance status, sexual preference, national origin or other protected class, be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program, service or activity in violation of any applicable federal or state laws prohibiting such discrimination.
