Description

The project involves furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment as necessary to Remove, Provide and install new pump and motor, and startup / testing, in place complete. Following the meeting, a site visit will be conducted and interested parties shall meet at a predetermined location. Interested parties requesting to attend the meeting or site visit are required to provide notification of attendance by email to Dean.Tanimoto@mauicounty.gov at least two (2) days prior to the designated date. Bid documents will not be available at the Purchase Division offices. Any questions pertaining to the process, or helping in submitting a bid, can be directed to Jared Masuda at (808) 463-3816. Bidders shall possess a valid General Engineering "A" Contractor's License, which shall be valid at the time of bid opening. Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 103D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103D, and any amendments thereof.
