| Description | Area E-258 – Approx. 135 lineal feet of 6” cove base and 460 square feet floor. Work of this Section includes all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the work in central bathing rooms as per the following: 1. Flexibilized urethane epoxy resin waterproof membrane system. 2. Epoxy resin composition flooring and integral base. 3. Epoxy flooring incorporating ceramic colored inorganic quartz aggregate and integral base. 4. All floor prep work shall be completed by Contractor. 5. Slope Floor to drain in new shower areas. |
