Description

Traffic Management Center Office Renovations at 1104 E Twiggs St. Tamp, FL 33602, at the offices of the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority. The Project is a renovation of the existing 3 story 27,727 GSF sprinklered commercial office building. The scope includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition and interior reconfiguration of non-loadbearing partition walls, door changes, upgraded lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection modifications, HVAC rooftop equipment replacement and new casework as well as a comprehensive update to floor, wall, ceiling and elevator finishes throughout the building.
