| Description | Located at 11201 N. McKinley Dr., Tampa, FL 33612, seeks to obtain complete construction services of a qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractor to perform demolition, reconfiguration, and provide and install LED (Light Emitting Diodes) lighting devices in building 7000. Project consists of a base bid for 400 Type “A” LED (Light Emitting Diodes) to be provided and installed by the contractor and 10 Type “B” LED lighting devices to be provided and installed by the Contractor. In addition, the Contractor shall provide unit pricing for both type “A” and type “B” devices. Contractor shall provide unit pricing to provide and install 1 (one) type “A” LED lighting device on bid sheet. Contractor shall provide unit pricing to provide and install 1 (one) type “B” LED lighting device on bid sheet. The Department may award a total additional 237 lighting devices contingent on available funding. |
