64 N Peck Road Farmhouse Demolition

The City of Geneva is seeking bids for demolishing the two-story structure located at 64 N. Peck Road. SCOPE OFWORK The Contractor shall be responsible for all services required herein to be performed, and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and supplies, vehicles and transportation services required to perform and complete the delivery and installation from defined areas within the corporate limits of the City of Geneva for the duration of the contract. Contractor is responsible for any and all damage to any properties, which are a result of Contractor's actions. Contractor shall repair or replace any and all property damaged due to Contractor's work. All work shall be performed by experienced personnel directly employed by the The Contractor shall provide management and technical supervision through competent supervisors as required to implement the required contract. The Contractor shall provide the City of Geneva with contact information for the Project Manager for the duration of the contract. Contractor shall be responsible for the skills, methods, and actions of Contractor's employees and for all work.
