One set of paper copies for a non-refundable deposit of $50.00. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security, payable to Owner, 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding base bid and all alternates), and by certified check, bank money order, or Bid bond. Awarded Bidder will be expected to furnish a Performance bond and Payment bond within 15 days after the Notice of Award is issued by Owner or its representatives. Award of this Project is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids are expected to be funded in part by a loan from TWDB.
