Potential MBE Participation Goal 19.44% Potential WBE Participation Goal 9.17% The Project is located in the City of Stephenville, Texas, and consists of the following approximate quantities: City of Stephenville Stephenville, Texas Eastside Sewer Interceptor-Phase I Cost may vary. 95 Linear Feet of 4-inch SDR 26 Sewer Pipe 695 Linear Feet of 18-inch SDR 26 Sewer Pipe 944 Linear Feet of 36-inch SDR 26 Sewer Pipe 2,750 Linear Feet of 30-inch FRP Sewer Pipe 10,360 Linear Feet of 36-inch FRP Sewer Pipe 1,420 Linear Feet of 48-inch FRP Sewer Pipe This Project also consists of the installation of manholes at various depths, steel casing, and all other appurtenances as seen in the corresponding Bid Tab and Plan Set. 2. One set of paper copies for a non-refundable deposit of $50.00. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security, payable to Owner, 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding base bid and all alternates), and by certified check, bank money order, or Bid bond. See Section 00 21 13, "Instructions to Bidders," for additional details. Awarded Bidder will be expected to furnish a Performance bond and Payment bond within 15 days after the Notice of Award is issued by Owner or its representatives. Award of this Project is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids are expected to be funded in part by a loan from TWDB. Neither the State of Texas nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to this Advertisement for Bids or any resulting contracts. 00 11 13 1 All Contractors and subcontractors must comply with Davis-Bacon wage requirements. All laborers and mechanics employed by Contractors and subcontractors on this Project shall be paid wages at rates not less than the prevailing wage rates identified for this Project. All Contracts and subcontracts shall incorporate the standard Davis-Bacon Contract clauses. Wages to be paid on this Project will be governed by the Department of Labor Wage General Decision or Decisions included in the Bid documents for this Project. 04/22 Any Contract(s) awarded under this Advertisement for Bids is/are subject to the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements of Section 608 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. 01096318 This Contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which includes EPA-approved fair share goals toward procurement of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) businesses.
