General Requirements - Insurance Required For contracts in excess of $50,000, the Contractor shall furnish to the City each of the following: a Performance Bond, a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond. Each such bond shall be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bonds shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days after notification of award of a Contract. The cost of all bonds shall be included in Contractor's Bid. *The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities and/or irregularities in a Bid. Whether or not a contract is awarded as a result of this Invitation for Bid, as stated above, bid preparation costs are not reimbursable.
