2023 Ozark Street Improvement Projects

The Scope of Work includes the 4th Street - 9th Street Improvement Plans from Oak Street to Robertson Street. The Base Bid includes street improvements to E. Georgia Street, W. Church Street, W. Elm Street, W. Walnut Street, Oak Street, and E. Robertson Street. Bid Alternate A includes street improvements to N. 7th Avenue, E. 6th Avenue, E. Diane Street, Jackson Street, S. 1st Street, S. 6th Avenue, E. Jay Street, E. Wren Street, S. 7th Aveue, E. Samuel J Street, and S. Candace Avenue. Bid Alternate B includes street improvements to E. Becky Lane, E. Hartley Road, and W. Hartley Road. Bid Alternate C includes street improvements to S. 14th Avenue, E. East Court, and S. 20th Avenue. The improvements include asphalt mill and overlay, full depth aspahlt pavement, micro-surface street repair, concrete approaches, concrete curb and gutter, and storm sewer. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Ozark anticipates issuing notice to proceed in July 2023. THE OWNER reserves the right to reject any AND ALL bids.
