Towanda Avenue Bridge Repair

Extending approximately 180 feet northward, including existing Structure No. 057-7825 which carries Towanda Avenue over Sugar Creek. The project work consists of structural repair of the concrete slab superstructure, removing and replacing the bridge rail, retrofitting an existing retaining wall with helical ground anchors, streambank stabilization with stone riprap, reconstructing combination curb and gutter and concrete median, storm sewer, sidewalk, Class B and C pavement patches, hot-mix asphalt resurfacing, and all necessary incidental work. Repair bridge with 17.3 CY concrete removal and concrete superstructure, 15 SY deck slab repair, 75 SF structural repair concrete, 168 LF steel railing, Type TP-1, 591 SY waterproofing membrane, 12 EA helical ground anchors, 379 CY Channel Exc, 672 SY stone riprap, roadway rehabilitation with 126 TON HMA, 194 FL Clearing & Grubbing, 95 SF Concrete median, 214 SY cl b patches, 64 SY cl c patches, 708 SF sw, 38 LF storm sewer, 91 unit tree removal.
