Work includes the supply and/or installation of materials, the prices bid shall each cover the supply and/or installation, in a good, sound, substantial, and workmanlike manner, of everything required for and incidental to the full completion of the Work of that item as called for by the Plans and/or as specified, including its proportionate share of the expense of all plant, tools, and equipment required; the cost of all bonds, fees, and permits; of all administration, superintendence, and insurance; and of any loss or damage arising out of the nature of the Work, from the action of the elements, from any unforeseen difficulties encountered in the performance of the Work, and from risks of all kinds connected with the Work.
