Edison Avenue Pedestrian Improvements - Rebid

Sawcutting/Sidewalk/Pavement, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters. Construct new pedestrian improvements on Edison Avenue SW from the intersection of 1st Street SW to Jetty Road SW. Work includes the following main items. 1. Construct approximately 378 lineal feet of new curb and gutter, 2,454 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 444 square feet of concrete driveway, and two (2) access ramps. 2. Construct 108 lineal feet of new 12-inch storm drain, 42 lineal feet of new 18-inch storm drain, one (1) curb inlet catch basin (Type CG3), and one (1) catch basin (Type G2) with outside drop connection. 3. Other work includes archeological monitoring, demolition work, aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, pedestrian handrail, installation of pavement markings, striping, traffic control, and landscaping. Work under this Contract will be partially funded with a SCA Grant. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
