Description | As of April 6 the project was awarded to Elite Surface Infrastructure for $2,240,061.05 PROJECT NUMBER CIP 22-041-CI Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in an Amount of at Least Five Percent (5%) of the Bid. The Vendors Can Upload Their Bid Bond When Responding Online. The Bond Will Be Retained by the Town as Liquidated Damages if the Successful Bidder Refuses or Fails to Enter Into a Contract and Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond in Accordance With His Bid When Notified of the Award. The contractor shall Substantially Complete all landscape restoration work on or before September 30, 2023, and shall Substantially Complete the remainder of all salient work items on or before October 31, 2023. Final Completion including but not limited to non-salient work items, punch list, site cleanup and demobilization shall be complete on or before November 15, 2023 |
