Description

Contractor shall provide installation and maintenance of the landscape enhancements for the median of Pleasant Hill Road in the defined areas and for one year of maintenance: a. This work will include the new landscape material installation in the Phase 4 landscape area of Pleasant Hill Road between Reaves Road and Poinciana Boulevard, a distance of approximately 3.0 miles. b. Upon completion of the landscape enhancements, the Awarded Contractor shall provide maintenance of the installed plant materials for a period of one (1) year following acceptance of the median landscape enhancement on Pleasant Hill Road.
