On-Call Gutter Cleaning, Maintenance and Related Services

Metro is inviting bids for On-Call Gutter Cleaning, Maintenance and Related Services for the Parks and Nature Department. The contract contemplated consists of on-call gutter and downspout service, and moss removal and treatment service for Metro facilities and sites including approximately 25 residential sites as well as office and commercial space throughout the Metro Region, park facilities, nature parks, and boat ramps. The award shall be made to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid. If the ITB requires a lump-sum bid without additive or deductive alternates, bids will be compared on the basis of the lump-sum bid prices. If the ITB calls for a lump-sum base bid plus additive or deductive alternates, the bids will be compared on the basis of the lump-sum base bid prices, plus or minus the prices of the alternates selected by Metro after bid opening. Any determination of bidder's responsibility or responsiveness is subject to review and determination by the Office of the Metro Attorney as to legal sufficiency. Metro reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of Metro.
