2023 Mowing Bids

Pin Oak Township is soliciting bids for a mowing contract for the 2023 season. The starting and finishing dates will be determined by the Township Supervisor and will coincide with our needs based on the weather. The properties below will be mowed, trimmed, and blown off hard surfaces. In addition, any trash, debris, or branches will be removed. Head stones are to stay clean and to report any damage to the Township Supervisor. The properties will be serviced three times a month. (About every 10 days) The contract is to include all three properties listed below: Pin Oak Township land that surrounds the Senior Center, the parking lots, and the Road District shed. Bartlett Cemetery (Bartlett Lane south of Goshen) Hagler Cemetery (off Old Staunton Road) The bids must be in the form of dollars for work performed in a month's time (Three Mowings). If it is determined that extra mowing is required by the Township Supervisor or the Highway Commissioner, they will be paid at the rate of 1/3 the monthly rate. All payments will be processed pending approval by the Trustees at each monthly meeting. All bids must be complete and conform to the criteria stated above, received by 2/16/2023, and submitted in a sealed envelope. Those that do not will be disqualified.
