Alpha Delta Pi Sorority House Restroom Renovation

A. A brief description of the Base Bid Work covered by the Contract Documents is provided below. Alternates, if any, are described elsewhere. The project will renovate the existing ground floor multi-stall Womens restroom and adjacent single-use restroom at the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority House, including all work to complete the project. Work will include approximately 450 SF: Remove existing tile flooring, tile wainscot, decorative tile, bathroom partitions, vanities, countertops and existing toilets in womens and single restroom Framing and drywall infill soffits and lighting alcoves Installation of new ADA compliant vanities Installation of new countertops Drywall touch ups and repairs Installation of new tile flooring and wainscot with metal cap trim Painting of womens and single restroom walls and ceilings. New bathroom accessories Plumbing rough in and trim out Plumbing fixtures and (3) new flush valve toilets Electrical modifications and installation of new owner provided sconces and overhead general lighting fixtures
