Design-Build - TDEM Warehouse Project

Design-Build (DB) firm for the TDEM Warehouse at RELLIS project #30-3338 (“Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications. The facility will be an approximately 60,000 square foot conditioned air warehouse including 5,000 square feet of office space, a break room, restrooms and shower facilities. The foundation will be pier and beam with a thickened slab to support storage racks and 18 wheelers. The facility will be conditioned throughout to preserve the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
