Description | DPMC Classification: C008 Prime Contractor with C029, C030, C032, C047 Subcontractors All Site Work including indicated parking, sidewalks, landscaping, utility services, storm water detention system. Demolish the existing Fanwood Library and prepare the site and building pad for the new library. Construct a new two-story Fanwood Library: First Floor: Vestibule/Book Drop, Lobby/Circulation Desk, Gallery, Community Rms. A and B, Children's Services, Storytelling Rm., Teen Space, Community Living Rm., Business Center, Tech.Work Rm., Directors Office, Break Rm., Office, Mens and Womens Toilets, Janitors Closet, Fire Pump Rm., Storage, Stair 1, 2 and 3, Elevator. Second Floor: Adult Services Rms. A and B, Quiet Study, Storage/Future Use Rms., Mechanical/Storage Rm. Toilet Rm., Janitor's Closet. All plumbing, sprinkler, mechanical and electrical system work as indicated on the drawings. All indicated casework and equipment. All other indicated work.
