Furnish, Installation, and Maintenance of Pier Parking Garage Multi-Parking Lift System

The City of Pompano Beach opened the Pompano Beach Pier Garage (the “garage”) located at 3460 NE 3rd Street Pompano Beach, Florida 33062 in July 2016. The garage (625 spaces) is strategically located across from the beach and the popular Pompano Fishing Pier. The garage was constructed to replace existing surface parking on the site, in addition to be able to expand parking capacity to sustain the Pompano Fishing Village development, encompassing new beach restaurants, a hotel, retail, an event\venue facility etc. The opening of the first beach restaurant (Beach House) in 2018 has demonstrated a need for the City to devise ways to maximize the parking capacity within the garage. As such, the City is looking to multiply the parking stalls on the ground level of the garage with the installation of multi-parking single lift systems on the existing parking spaces, in order to support valet operations.
