The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates the issuance of solicitation 15BFA023B00000014 for a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project titled Roof Replacement & Mold Remediation at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) located in Oakdale, LA. FCC Oakdale is a federal correctional institution located at 1507 East Whatley Rd., Oakdale, LA 71463. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work. The project includes removal and replacement of the deteriorated roof systems and remediation of mold in the identified Inmate Housing Units. The specifications attached to the solicitation will provide more detailed information on the requirement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238160 (Roofing Contractors) with a corresponding small business size standard of $19,000,000.
