Propane Air Mixing Plant (PAMP) Maintenance Services

The Contractor shall maintain all facilities, grounds, equipment, and appurtenances associated with operation of the PAMP. The Contractor shall provide the government a plan of maintenance for monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance of the PAMP. This list shall include a minimum of the following: 2.2.1.1. Monthly testing of the tank, valve control system, including a soap bubble test of fittings for gas leaks. Any leaks shall be classified per the Gas Piping and Technology Committee standards for grading natural gas leaks. Any class 3 leak shall be documented and monitored, and class 2 or class 1 leaks shall be repaired in priority order. 2.2.1.2. Logged preventative maintenance of the pumping system. This includes greasing at proper locations, inspection of the drive belts, and a minimum 10 minute run to exercise the pumping equipment. Utilize excess space in the tanks to move fuel from one tank to another to prevent dry run. 2.2.1.3. Logged manufacturer-specific preventative maintenance on the air compressor system. This shall include a minimum 15 minute run of all the compressors. 2.2.1.4. Logged manufacturer-specific preventative maintenance on the evaporator system. Cycling shall be done per manufacturer’s specifications and on months where flaring occurs. 2.2.1.5. Full cycling of mechanical components, such as valves, dampers etc. 2.2.1.6. Full site walkthrough and cleanup of detritus buildup that has migrated in.
