Z2da--Replace Cares Tower Flooring & Nurse Stations (541-21-202)

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and any other items required to complete project Replace CARES Tower Flooring & Nurse Stations , at the Louis Stokes Veterans Affairs Medical Center: The Replace CARES Tower Flooring & Nurse Stations project will include all construction requirements shown or implied in the Drawings and Specifications that will replace approximately 7,900 square feet of existing carpet flooring with new hard surface flooring at the existing Nurse Station areas (including some adjacent rooms) and the Conference Room spaces at each level of the CARES Tower addition to the Main Medical Center (Levels A, B, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). The project will include the replacement of the existing flooring system and all of the material transitions to adjacent flooring materials and all associated wall base. The project will also include the evaluation of the existing Nurse Station Millwork at each level of the CARES Tower (approximately 1000 sf total) to determine if they need to be replaced or repaired.
