Description

The main scope of the construction contract is to build a 3,330 foot siding, turnouts, readjustment of main track elevations and other civil work such as wastewater casing pipe under the siding track and 230 LF of retaining wall along a portion of the right of way, as per detailed construction documents. The Contractor shall design, furnish, install, test and commission all signal system requirements. The Contractor shall be responsible for the complete functional (verification) and operational (validation) testing for all Work performed. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the final design, application software, procurement, manufacture, documentation, delivery, installation, testing, validation and commissioning of signal system, control points, intermediate signal locations, grade crossing warning controls, fiber interfaces, associated subsystems, affected adjacent CTC/E-ATC locations.
