Canandaigua Conventional Hangar at Canandaigua Airport

The construction of the Conventional Hangar at the Canandaigua Airport. The project bid letting shall consist of two(2) separate contracts as follows. Contract 1 –General Construction, shall include the following work: 1. Coordination with the project owner, other contractors4•Supply and erection of a pre-manufactured/engineered 75’x80’x24’ clear span building. 2. Supply and installation of building insulation, interior and exterior panels. 3. Supply and installation of building windows and doors. 4. Installation of clear span building foundation. 5. Installation of concrete floor slab, subbase, insulation and vapor barrier. 6. Installation of exterior subbase and stabilization fabric. 7. Installation of water and sanitary services to the building. 8. All excavation, backfill, compaction and restoration. 9. All excavation, backfill, and restoration for utility trenches. 10. Soil erosion control. 11. Asphalt Apron Pavement and markings. 12. Site grading, topsoil and seeding. 13. Installation of interior sanitary piping. 14. Installation of interior water supply pipping. 15. All other plumbing construction contract work covered by the plumbing plans and specifications. 16. All other general construction contract work covered by plans and specifications. 17. Installation of the radiant heating system. 18. Installation of office area heating and cooling systems All other mechanical construction contract work covered by the Mechanical plans and specifications. Contract 2 - Electrical construction, shall include the following work: 1. Coordination with the project owner, other contractors. 2. Installation of electrical service. 3. Installation of main distribution panels. 4. Installation wiring, receptacles, boxes, switches, conduit and lighting fixtures in hangar area including High Bay Lighting fixtures. 5. All other electrical construction contract work covered by the electrical plans and specifications.
