As of July 21, 2022, project has not been awarded. It is expected to be awarded on the last week of this month The Contractor will deliver to the Owner a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amounts equal to l00% of the total contract price. Bonds will be executed by the Contractor, as principal, and a corporate surety authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are required on this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities and informalities, to retain discretion in adoption of alternates and to re-advertise. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The work under this contract includes the reroofing of the existing building as noted on the roof plan. B. The approximate total area to be re-roofed is 65,200 square feet. C. The Project will be constructed under a stipulated sum contract.
