| Description | River Forest Buildings Demolition Project The River Forest Buildings Demolition Project consists of but is not limited to the demolition and lawful disposal of two existing two-story wood-framed residential buildings and their respective garages as well as a one-story brick commercial building and all contents. The project also consists of landscape restoration with topsoil and seed. Bids will be considered not only on the basis of cost, but also on past performance, experience and ability to perform the work. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the Proposals without the consent of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of River Forest for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of the bid opening. The Village of River Forest reserves the right in receiving these bids to waive technicalities and reject any or all bids. |
