FKEC has identified the need for additional Substation construction and maintenance assistance. The goal of this Master Service Agreement is to provide FKEC during 2022-2025 with assistance performing jobs. FKEC desires the bidder to perform Substation Journeyman Electrician labor as may be requested by FKEC from time to time
