Reference Number 0000324602 Job Location Avon, CO Piggyback Contract No An HVAC project to reduce or eliminate cross-contamination between the lower level transit offices and bus storage bay with the upper level administrative offices. Provide new fan coil and condensing unit to serve the lower level offices and connections to the existing air handling unit are being removed. To further avoid cross contamination through infiltration, the lower level VAV boxes served by the existing air handling unit are being used to positively pressurize vertical circulation elements and mechanical/electrical rooms. The Town of Avon reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to make Award in such a manner as they may deem right and proper for the best interest of the Town of Avon.
