Description | Lump sum sealed bids will be received by the Owner, Lake Forest Community High School District 115, for the Lake Forest West High School Roofing Removal and Replacement project. All bidders, prior to receiving Bidding Documents, must be either a Carlisle Centurion, Firestone Building Products Master Contractor or Johns Manville Pinnacle contractor; own and operate their own spray rig, have five years' experience in the application of fleece back membrane in full coverage spray foam adhesive, pre-qualified by the Architect, and have $5 million in umbrella excess liability insurance over primary insurance prior to obtaining Bid Documents. Pre-qualification forms are available from the Architect and must be returned for review, 100% complete, five working days prior to the Bid Opening Date. 1. Bid Bond or Cashier's Check shall be payable to the Owner. F.All Bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of Prevailing Wages by all Contractors working on Public Work Projects. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
