Project Category Code: Water and Wastewater Facilities Description: Major components of the Work include: Gravity filter rehabilitation and media replacement. Removal of water process piping valves and flow meters. Furnish and install new process piping valves and flow meters. Furnish and install new pneumatic actuators. Furnish and install new air compressor. Process instrumentation and controls. Concrete backwash tank improvements, including replacement of top access hatch, tank cleaning, and replacement of sump pump and piping. Chemical feed systems. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner. All bids rejected
